The Clarins Products Everyone Must Try

Clarins is a brand I feel I was almost brought up to know (thank you mum!). Through my mum's obsession & ultimate brand dedication, I soon latched on to this obsession myself and vice versa with me teaching her in return to step out of her comfort zone to try other brands. That being said, Clarins is definitely a brand that provides a select few staples that I have loved for a long time now. Staples that I am almost certain I will continue to repurchase for many years to come. So if you love beauty as much as I do, and want to discover so absolute beauty must-haves from Clarins, then sit back grab a coffee and let's get sharing!

// BB CREAM SKIN DETOX FLUID //

RRP - £30
Product information - 45ml
Claims to... Clarins lightweight formula to minimise imperfections, hydrate and provide an even complexion. Provides medium coverage with a natural-looking finish.
Review - I wear shade 00 Fair then bronze it up so it suits my skin tone all year round, tanned or not. I literally wear this on an EVERYDAY basis! I wear it only with concealer and powder most days then on the odd occasion I do get a little 'dolled up', I will wear foundation on top. NARS Sheer Glow is one of my favourites! This is such an underestimated product and despite only being a BB Cream, I would class it as being medium to full coverage. Anyone I have spoken to who has used it, hasn't looked back! I highly recommend you to try it, no matter what skin type or age you are, trust me you will love it!

// INSTANT SMOOTH PERFECTING TOUCH //

RRP - £26.50
Product information - 15g
Claims to... - Now you see them... now you don't. Because quick as a flash, Instant Smooth casts its make-up magic and lines and other small imperfections literally 'disappear'. A little pot of silky-smooth, oil-free skin perfector, which fills and smoothes as it glides invisibly over the skin.
Review - This for me trumps the favourite Beauty Flash Balm to use as a primer. If you're a fan of blurring out larger pores which I find is important for my skin type specifically on my nose, chin and general T-Zone area. This stage has become part of my daily makeup routine although unlike the BB Cream I'm not opposed to testing out other brands on a more regular basis.

// FIX MAKEUP //

RRP - £24
Product information - 30ml
Claims to... Fix' Make-Up is a fine mist that sets make-up and prolongs hold, while moisturising and refreshing your skin.
Review - Again, similar to the Instant Smoothing Perfector, I'm open to trying out new brands for a makeup fix. I'd actually say this is my second favourite setting spray, second to the NYX Dewy Finish Spray which is even more affordable. However if (like my mum...) you do tend to stick to one brand and Clarins is that brand for you, then I'd definitely recommend a fixing spray for your makeup...ALWAYS!

// INSTANT LIGHT LIP OIL //

RRP - £19
Product information - 7ml
Claims to... - The ultimate lip care treatment! Containing 3 key plant extracts, this non-sticky oil with a melting, lip-plumping formula will leave lips feeling nourished and comfortable. Apply alone or over lipstick for a lightly coloured and naturally shiny lip.
Review - If you're after the wet look, dewy, hydrated lips without any stickiness (which is a pet peeve of mine!) then this Lip Oil is A-MA-ZING! I first heard of it on Zoe Sugg's Youtube channel and when they sent me the same press release she raved about I HAD to try it! It really is amazing and the only thing I'd change....make the tube bigger! I do tend to go through it within a couple of months (with 2 or 3 applications most days).

// ONE-STEP GENTLE EXFOLIATING CLEANSER //

RRP - £21
Product information - 125ml
Claims to... This 3-in-1 product cleanses, exfoliates and tones in one single step. With a deep-cleansing formulation, it's seriously detoxifying too.
Review - This is still to date the best exfoliator I have found in terms of the grain and the intensity. I'll be honest I think I should exfoliate more than I do, but when I do, this one will always be the one I go to. Unless I have been sent some new PR samples to try, however this is the one that so far I have found and repurchased multiple times. It's quite a fine and intense exfoliator but I prefer the smaller grains than the bigger ones.

// LOTUS FACE TREATMENT OIL //

RRP - £34
Product information - 30ml
Claims to... An all-time favourite and hero product. This rich rebalancing essential oil is specifically designed to normalise oily skin.
Review - Of all the products listed, this is the newest to my everyday collection. I'm obsessing over oils, whether it's bath oil, body oil, facial oil, even hair oil, I love it! I think it's so nourishing and hydrating and when it comes to the brands of oils I use, I do tend to prefer the higher end brands but as long as I close my eyes and it smells like I'm in a high end luxury spa...I'm sold! This... is that!
